easyGUI support plan

Every new easyGUI purchase includes 3 months free support. If additional support is needed after this period of time an easyGUI support plan can be purchased, covering either 1 or 2 years.

Each Support plan covers one (1) license only and is linked to a specific Dongle license number. With your Support plan comes a unique Support ID that you must include with all support requests, whether you call or write, or your request might be delayed.

During this support period the user is free to write or call easyGUI support department as much as needed, regarding the use of any easyGUI product. We will always do our best to answer inquiries as fast as possible.

For customers having several easyGUI licenses please observe that a separate Support plan must be purchased for each easyGUI licenses owned. We do offer a discount on more than three licenses bought at any one time. Please contact sales for further info.
